🚫 All Sales Are Final – Mostly.

Every OwlForge piece is made with care, detail, and often custom-built based on your selections. As such, all sales are considered final — especially for items customized with your own designs, names, logos, or uploaded artwork.


✅ Acceptable Returns (Rare Cases)

We will only accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • You received the wrong item (e.g., different size or color than what was ordered)
  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • We decide, at our discretion, that your case qualifies

Photos of the product will be required for review. If approved, we’ll either replace the item or issue a store credit — not a full refund unless absolutely necessary.


📦 Return Process (If Approved)

  1. Contact us at owlforge.info@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item
  3. Wait for our team to evaluate and authorize the return
  4. Ship the item back (you cover return shipping unless it was our mistake)
  5. Upon inspection, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit

❌ No Refunds or Exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size guides)
  • “Change of mind”
  • Upload errors or typos in user-submitted artwork
  • Washed, worn, or damaged goods (unless it arrived that way)

🛡️ Custom Means Commitment

Custom items — including shirts, hoodies, hats, patches, and anything personalized — are non-refundable once printed or processed.

We treat you with respect and fairness. In return, we ask that you double-check your orders, files, and sizes before completing your purchase.

If there’s ever a real issue, we’ll take care of it. But if it’s not our fault… we win.
